Hani is the Franchise Manager of Johnson & Johnson's
Digestive Health portfolio (IMODIUM®. MOTILIUM®, MICROLAX®, PEPCID®) for
Europe, Middle East and Africa. He joined the company (Pfizer Consumer Healthcare prior to J&J
acquisition) in Canada in 2005 as an associate brand manager on the
allergy portfolio (REACTINE®, BENADRYL®), he subsequently managed
the smoking cessation brands (NICODERMc, NICORETTE®) during the
introduction of the smoking bans in Canada and most recently prior to
his transfer to Europe, Hani managed the Canadian Digestive Health
portfolio (IMODIUM®, PEPCID®, FLEET®) where he led a major
repositioning of that portfolio to target the aging population (baby
boomers). Prior to joining J&J, Hani
completed his MBA at Schulich (York University) where he was nominated
by Strategy magazine as one of the top eight marketing grads in Canada.
His marketing/ entrepreneurial career also included co-founding in 2002
one of the first e-commerce virtual movie rental companies in Canada
(rentamovie.ca) which was later acquired prior to starting his MBA.
Hani also holds a BSc. from McGill University, with close to four years of experience in the IT industry.
